After
This early 20th. Century residence in the Denny Blaine neighborhood of Seattle is a romantic example of the wood house building tradition that can be found throughout the city. Heavy timbers, old-growth rough and finish lumber, and hand-crafted wood details combine with generous windows to make a warm and welcoming family home. In 2011-2012, our restoration/renovation project replaced a ca.1980 kitchen with traditional cabinetry and modern appliances, added new bathrooms and an east facing dormer to greet the morning sun, and restored surfaces and systems to last another hundred years.
