Springtime

This renovation of a small 1929 cottage style residence in Seattle’s Denny Blaine Neighborhood successfully retains the character and scale of the original house while adding a children’s bedroom/bathroom suite and a studio garage. The project faced complex geotechnical and land-use challenges and was completed on a very tight budget. Inside, the house uses handcrafted details and eclectic furnishings to create a light-filled family home.
