Working closely with the renowned ‘Chef in the Hat’, Thierry Rautureau, we transformed this challenging retail space in a downtown Seattle hotel into Seattle Met’s ‘Best New Restaurant of 2014’. The design maximizes both seating capacity and drama by creating three separate dining levels with distinct characters while maintaining a collective sense of vibrancy. The project includes an open kitchen, a complex web of services and separate service areas to support the high quality dining experience.
